		<description><![CDATA[Susan, thanks for continuing to follow (I know entries have been up and down in frequency for some time - maybe I&#039;ll find more regularity in retirement).  I know when I was making the decision about having this surgery, what I really wanted was context from people who had or considered having this surgery.  It was a (very) hard and prayerful decision for me.  I think it took me a couple of years to actually make the decision.  It has been a very good thing for me.  But it&#039;s not for everyone.  So I wanted to help provide context for others as I could.]]></description>
